since hoad is our leader he makes the decision if he wasnt able to make them he wouldnt be leader, no need to contact anyone as it wastes time really.

Well I give my fam members the oppertunity to have their says aswell.
But at least I message back with I am discussing it with my fam, within 24 hours you know what our decision will be.
If fam members dont reacht within that time, I see them as inactive or not teamworking members wink

yeah a leader doesnt have to make decisions so abrupt... he has to ask fam members for the benefit of the fam

actually that is stupid, a leader should be able to make decisions alone sometimes. true, this hardly works because there aren't many real good leaders around, but still...

and if I lead a family, than I expect a certain following and not questioning every move, of course not like a dictator... I do take advice, but If I'm leader I want to be leader not just for show smile

once a fam have chosen a leader the fam should trust its leader and also do what he says once he made and dessicion alone. if u dont want him to make dissicion alone dont choose him as leader. U choose someone cos u think he is capable, simple.

I Won SD last round leader of fam 538 Funny came 3rd in 557 after my fam going to WAR with them at EOR and confused 2nd fam i think maybe 4th cant remember. We were are fams best attackers and hence why i drafted them here. Are bankers may not be the best but are attackers are. Im just wondering why we are recieving these attacks thats all smile

we decided to get a bit more active in sd yesterday cos andro was calming down and so after retaking a ton of planets serenity in 709 took from my bankers and resources while we were inactive, i get this whine message tongue

if you are the cream of the sd's crop matthang, then it certainly is a poor harvest lol. like i would be intimidated by anyone that ranked serenity as a gd attacker tongue
