A stores of Census workers are describing a jobs scam where employees are trained then given 32 hours of work before they are let go.

Then they are rehired later and statistical reporting by the Obama administration show it as a new job.

The effort is clearly to increase the jobs numbers beyond the actual levels.

So much for ethics
