good work parrot, maybe now the nap breakers will repent.
dont you think its awfully a bad idea to be changing rules mid round. Especially considering the mods are in actual fams during the round.
I agree with feetman
I agree as well. How convenient for some fams.
its becuase of the nap breaks u douches
CORRUPTION!!!!!!
lulz jpf idk what's going on

yes but changing the rules AFTER the round will be better.
Rule changes help specific fams while hurt others. If you go from 3 to 2 fam alliances, alliances with 3 fantastic fams wont like it. While fams with 1 not so good fam wont mind it.
If you make a rule change during a round, there will be a lot of complaints of mod bias, because if your playing your opinions going to be slightly influenced by your own fam.
So it might be better to just let the round finish then fix it. That way no one gets the short end of the stick and we don't set a bad precedence.
no one gets the short end.
I look at it the other way. If you have two big Tris, each of them has to drop one. Those two who are dropped team up and we've got the formula for some kickass wars.
To whiners:
Stfu, nobody cares what you think. Rule is changed.
Bullshit Nolio. I'm not a whiner, i'm a semi-active SS in Pinwheel, and
havn't played Capri for several rounds.
This is a biased and dishonourable decision to reverse a very fair
decision made PRE-ROUND. The alliance rule was created BEFORE
any action and everyone had both AMPLE warning and time to
prepare.
So from my unbiased opinion: This is an abuse of power. Lame.

go mind your own business in pw, frankly no one cares what you think.

Only when i disagree with you.
> As far as i,m concern Rin has always been a fair playing player and mod
Obviously not.
And why is the word 'fag' in his signature? In my day, that'd be against the rules.
I guess there exists two standards.
I don't play in Capricorn, neither am I doubting Lyv's fairness in modding etc - however it is abit of a galactic farce that a decision made pre-round can be revoked mid-round. This is regardless of whether it helps or deters players it is just not on, for moderator(s) to randomly change decisions like this. Unfortunately, I can only see that alot of backdoor talk has gone into this, and invariably it will not have been a decision taken only by the moderators, but well known ic names will also have been involved in the decision making, I am sure.
Do note that i am not out to "get" anyone. I am simply throwing out my unbiased
opinion. There is no way this decision has been:
A) Unbiased.
-or-
B) Fair.
Changing rules mid-round is clearly wrong. Mistakes should be addressed for the next round.
I am not in Capri also but changing rules in mid round is not the right way to fix a problem. You should have predicted the effects caused by the rule, if you were not able to predict then the correct is to wait until round ends and fix it.
I dont think it is abuse of power, it is a reasonable change imo, but doing it in mid-round is wrong, because it sets a precedence for future rounds. One example: you change a standard race with improvements and test it in a round, then it appears the improvements were too strong and bankers whine, then, do you remove improvements at mid round??
come on guys, a little of common sense. ![]()

You're not a whiner. You're just irrelevant to all events concerned in IC. Go play something else plz. Ty.
not the only abuse of power this round - seems to be an ongoing theme
Nobody asked you. The end.
