I made my mummeh a cake with white icing and tried to decorate it with chocolate icing by marbling. The seasoned chef I am, it didn't work at all so I just gave up and poured the rest of the chocolate icing in the middle of the cake and dunked some chocolate drops on to give it a more 'textile' feel. It really did look like shit, in all senses of that phrase. But, it tasted goood so who cares? big_smile Yey Mishe btw!

Well, I dont believe in "Mothers Day".  Every day I'm alive I treat my mom like it's her birthday.  She raised me and took care of me and now she get to enjoy the fruits of her labor.  I mean for all you people who treat your parents like sh!t the rest of the year, it's a great holiday, but I cook for my mom everyday when I come home from work.  On the weekends, I clean her house, and on Sundays when she gets home from her run she has a meal waiting for her, and a nice cake for desert (usually tiramisu or koch kess, her favorites tongue)
