I smell a cover up

The whole police force needs a shake down if you ask me.. Police officers who think they can be heavy handed should be thrown out.. This guy was simply walking past and was "attacked" by a man who should have been upholding the law. The goverment need to review the whole system and patch up the failings of Tony Blair
