So 1739 here we see a prime example of vulturing now comparing this given example to what you claim we are doing. You will see a slight difference. First off being that 39 & 33 are allies 59 & 43 are allies...It's actually an offical little war. Vulturing is when someone o say from family 1731 decides he wants to run some fleets down and take a couple planets, from a family that he knows are at war as it is posted in UNI and does it anyways.
