Politics in the region have shifted a bit. Saudi Arabia will have nothing to do with Iran or Syria, Egypt has still got the fear of Israel and a military not of Israeli or Egyptian forces still parked in the Gobi, Jordan is a to small and to ineffective, with good relations anyhow with Israel and the west, Iraq cannot join in with American forces camped inside their lands, and Dubai would rather see 100% of Iran dead than anything else in the world right now. So that eliminates all but a few players

Turkey will allow Israeli airforces through their nation on strikes on Iran, as per their military treaty. Palestinians will launch missiles everywhere and hit the fences as hard as they can, but few Israeli ground forces will be used against Iran, mostly special forces. Syria will go ballistic cause they will then be left without an ally in the whole region, expect them to get hammered by the Israeli ground forces. Perhaps Israel, in a game of realpolitik might convince Turkey they can have the Kurdish regions of Syria if they help... but I doubt it, but the threat of it would keep half of Syria's forces at that border.

Lebanon would see Hezbollah use EVERYTHING THEY HAVE, as hard and quickly as they could get it down. Sadly for them the Israeli fighters will be flying overhead and seeing targets as they do so, which will hamper their efforts significantly.

In fact if Israel needs to they can work with certain resistance groups in Iran, similar to how the United States worked with the Northern Alliance. While these groups are much smaller, much less organized and equipped, a sudden gift of a billion dollars in weapons might make a lot of family members join those resistance groups asap. Israelis are the best spies after all, and they KNOW who is resisting Iran inside Iran.

Things will get uglier as Israel starts destroying the little economy that Iran has outside of Oil as per their standard practices. Power plants, industrial centers, military bases, all of this will be bombed 10 times as much as needed, just to show how upset the Israeli's are to have to fight at all. No stone standing will be their plan.

Iran will initially shut down all oil shipping to try to drive the world to stop the war. This is Irans only real ace in the hole.

However Israel will still complete the 'required' objectives with ease.
