Standard 48hr nap
1446/1422 + 1451/1424

Standard Compensation Applies
1 planet per failed attack
1 planet + planet taken per successful attack
1 planet per aggressive op
*exploration (or other means of acquiring a planet) in a core system results in immediate removal of the planet, no compensation required. a message to the owner is generally nice tongue

We didn't break the nap, 1451 broke it.
I got msn screenshots etc, so ask me if you want to see them, here is the story:

1) I took 3 planets from 1451 (an accident)
2) We had a looong chat on msn, I admitted I was wrong and told I was going to build 3 explos right now, and give all planets back + compensation the morning after
3) I woke up the morning after, checked family news, and we got attacks from you (iKill 1451) - he took 6 planets
4) I was mad because he didn't wait for me to come online, and you mailed me something weird ingame (all in caps), alot of yelling & flaming
5) I took the planets 1451 took from my family over night back
6) He got mad and attacked us more.

So basicly, we were going to give compensation + planets back, and then 1451 started to attack us for no reason (they would just have waited and get the planets back + compensation), but I guess they were in a hurry and attacked us wink

1) She did take 3 of my planets. So, I sent fleet to them and took 2 out of 3 but i explored 4 more planets outside which couger took then i retook those.
2) Does it matter if i took my planets back early? they are my planets n we was napped shouldnt have happen in the first place. Then, they said they wasnt going to return my planets outside they "30 systems". Which it doesnt say anywhere in the nap they get to pick what they want to do with my planets. Yes, i wanted my compensation n planets returned. They ally 1446 even agreed with us.
3) those 6planets where mine to begin with.
4) Hell yea i was pissed ur family 22 was wasting my time n wasnt returning my planets
5) U took back the planets i had in the first place.(I didnt attack 22 to get in they outter core)
6) U attacked my portalled after a cf with no msg. Also, no one in ur family was responding to my msgs. So, i took that as ur fam breaking the nap.

Actually 1422 was suppose to give back my planets i had in they outter core plus compensation. Which, they wanted to give me my planets in my core which i didnt want. I already have planets in core. Why do i need more?

My point is i had planets outside of 1422 30 system core. They were suppose to return the planets n give me compensation.(they didnt)Thats how 1422 broke the nap by attacking without returnin my planets n compensation as stated in the nap.

i saw NR was attacked, so i took them back, and then because ikill was mouthing off to several other people, how he was getting ready to attack us...
i told portgas, and he confirmed it, and then we proceeded to clear them, with the intention of exploring away from our systems, since they had become a threat.
they kept attacking trying to get back in our cores, and we kept attacking back, because after the bleaten attack they already did, we were not going to just wait around till they got ready to rape us.... that would be just plain stupid.
so say what you want... your only mad because we upset your sneak attack.

Even if i wanted to attack ur have too wait until someone cancel the war. We were napped so how the hell could i be a threat? I kept attackin the planets i owned. They wasnt in ur core ur fam is retarded. 30 system core was signed by all 4 families meaning that ur family agreed to it. Anythin out that system our four families could explore. I never said i was going to attack ur family. Even if i did doesnt mean ur fam could break the nap.

Isnt the point of a 48hr nap is to give each family time to setup before war when cancelled. Ofc we were going to go to war this round. THAT'S why we all signed to the 30 system core so we could have a nice war later on. When i explored in ur family so called outter core i had no plans on attacking ur fam. I just wanted to get in ur fam systems before ur fam full them up. 46 has shares with us n we have shares with them they havent whine but us being in they systems n vice versa.
THE FACT THAT UR FAMILY 1422 WAS SCARED ISNT GOOD ENOUGH OF REASON TO BREAK A NAP.

well the fact that we aren't stupid either, kind of derailed your plans.
and when we "were attacked" by your family first, then to me it was a nap break... so that to me was the end of the nap.
someone should be careful when threatening someone, that you don't give them just cause to retaliate.

Cougar, if you guys were NAPped, how could they attack you by surprise without breaking the NAP?...which is what you did...are you so blind to not see that you broke a NAP and are simply making excuses to not pay compensation?

its very simple what happened here beware
RA accidentally broke the nap and admitted to doing so. their were plans made to give compensation, and you decided to go against them.
While RA attacking was silly, you retaking the planets before you should have was sillier. Its obvious you had plans to war 22, and all you succeeded in by retaking the planets earlier was losing good positioning.

Again it has been admitted that the nap was broken, and compensation was prepared to be paid (i have seen the conversation). Cougar didn't realize that ra had attacked, he saw that 51 attacked ra, and attacked. why are people making that seem illogical?

like i said i just want those out and will swap them.. so im not really breaking nap why do you need planets in our core.. (you say spread (i say B.S) because you can explore 5 ticks outside my core in 53 or 56 systems without any fam clearing you with a better spread.. so you just want planets there to hit my fam..

so ill give you an option ill clear all those planets out my core ill explore you all planets plus comp in systems of your back..

he refused me and i gave him some more option to give him his planets back he refused and attacked us back with hit portals

That wasn't a cancellation u have too send to all four families. Still had to pay me compensation. U didn't return the planets outside ur core. So it couldn't been cancelled in the first place. It was broken that msg was sent to me to make it look ur family has sum type of honor left. But, ya don't u attacked us plus u didn't return the planets or compensation. Even if I attacked early it doesn't matter they were my planets to being with. Why should I wait to get my planets bac? If 1422 is suppose to return them?
