No, because I don't have the time to teach people and lead the family at the same time. (Well I could, but not while having a life) Besides, I'm an attacker at heart, not a banker, I can't teach them advanced bank strategy. Granted, perhaps other members of my family could, but why do that when you could get a veteran who is ready from day one? Besides, why draft a n00b when you could just save the effort and just wait for one to random in... tongue
