Topic: Us troops raid across Pakistani border

So US troops have made several ground raids inside Pakistans Border.  Now Pakistan has said they will open fire if they catch US troops. Thats silly.  they wont catch US marines wink

Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...

you dont need to catch US Marines- a 7.62 round travelling at over 2000ft per second will do the job.

Also, Americans fight at night.  And we can see in the night, better than a cat.


The Towl Heads w/i small arms range of US Soldiers are all unable to fire their weapon, because they are no longer breathing unassisted, or are having extreme difficulty doing such, wondering WTF just hit them.

how many "friendly fire" incidents before Pakistani soldiers just don't shoot rather than get a 500-lb JDAM up the wazoo?  JDAM bombs have robot wings and can glide to the target from up to 15 miles away.  I think all Pakistan did was ensure future raids will have air support

I have not heard any news of B-52s leveling their bases ??

How about this:  For Paki to save face in the Islamic Court of Anti-Americanism, but not the Jihadists......

PUBLICLY, they say, Hey, what are you doing ?   If you cross our border we will shoot.


PRIVATELY, they say, look come across, but you can not stay.  You Can not set up OPs or FOBs.  But, you can pursue or raid across the border.
Here are our base camps....but as far as avoiding contact w/our troops, you are on your own........

BlackW - you are right, that's probably what has happened. But not all of the militias, I'd expect, would be govt. controlled. Some of them can quickly become 'civilians,' and start shooting. Pakistan can't control some of the land it controls, even though it should be responsible for it. At the proper time, a few more strikes might come in. Timing is important.

I am all-in on electrics.

I agree with BW not only does emporerhez post make me sick but its ignorant too.  Pakistani troops would never get in range to use their weapons accurately and US troops are not going to be seen, hence it is silly to think that Pakistani troops will ever find US ground forces.
