I agree with you there. The Church is the oldest commercial business still in existence. For it to talk to others about social injustice would be the same as Stalin giving a speech on human rights.

i was born and rased Catholic, all of my family is Catholic, but  when i grew up, started thinking with my own head, and saw how hypocrite the Church was (this as an exapmle) i choose not to be part of it anymore

I disagree. I consider pedophiles as mentally ill people. Instead of executing them, they need to be researched, understood etc. so that we can spot and treat pedophiles better, so that they make less victims in the future. Hopefully, we can make the problem go away with that, in the end..

Hey if they can keep it from being acted upon they are not pedophiles in my opinion, but instead mentally ill. When they act upon it then they are pedophiles.

The problem with this is that to receive counsel to prevent them committing the acts in the first place, they have to admit to being paedophiles. And I'm sure we can all predict the social backlash there. Not all people are smart enough to make the distinction between an active, child-molesting paedophile, and a paedophile who doesn't want to be controlled by their condition and wants to seek help for it: all they'll hear is the 'paedophile' bit and the sirens'll go off in their head, and before you know it there's an angry mob marching up the garden path.

At this time people are able to goto a doctor, or a pysch and get 100% confidentiality. They receive this so long as they are not a danger to themselves or others. Even if they are a danger to themselves only those needing to know are told as to protect the mentally ill person.

I know a man with an admitted sexual disorder. He believes that talking about it helps him control it. He attends bi-weekly religious meetings on it, and in a group setting. In short he is worried he has the capacity to rape. He has never done it, and I do not feel less of the man for knowing he has a problem, and for seeking help fighting his problem. In fact I feel that this man should be the stereotype for people with these conditions, if they are conditions in all (This is a debatable subject, whether all have a disorder, or just are of a mindset where this is acceptable).

Killing current pedophiles as they are caught committing acts of pedophillia does not punish to strongly past actions, but stops future actions in those who can be influenced by it. Further making available in discreet manners clinical help as well will be a big boon to those who think they have a problem, but cannot overcome it alone.

I do not call sex above 14 to anyone up to 22 pedophilia, nor 16 and up at all. I understand statistically there is going to be some relationships which are real in that age range. I feel that fighting those is a bad judgment. However rape will still be rape to me. I also say if the law of a region defines legal age, that is the legal age. Finally anything under 14 there is no excuse for in my opinion.

Btw teachers should also be hung if they have sex with a student under the age of 18 of their school. I can understand an 18 year old convincing them they are safe and all... I wont have entrapment of all students, but a teacher should ask for ID, understand it's an issue, and not have sex with under 18 regardless, but be executed for using thier influence over minors to have sex. And anyone ignoring the fact a teacher can influence minors is ignorant to boot in my opinion.
