Hey guys, this is a reminder that the politics forum is still a public IC forum. While we encourage you all to discuss and debate about whatever is on your mind, we also discourage you from absolutely disrespecting one another.

Comments such as:

"one american life is worth more than 100.000 thirdworlders"

Are worthy of temporary forum bans as frankly, they are considered racist and completely disrespectful. This is a forum where we respect each other as human beings and individuals. Nobody is better than anyone here.

Also, please try to make posts that have credible sources and are as unbiased as possible when you are starting "arguments".

Consistent "Obama is an alien" "McCain had a heart attack" and related babble will be closed. While we do value your opinions, opening several threads just to say the same thing over and over is unneccesary. Whether you are Left, Right, Up, Down or inside out, you are welcome to talk here, just try to be as sensible as possible. A debate doesn't have to include discrimination and harassment. An intelligent mind should be able to listen without agreeing.

Any problems with a particular person, post or thread should be made notice to the forum mod/mod team.
