I personally think its a good thing. It will decrease the chances of fundamentals to attract folowers. Seems like some Islam goeroes want to go the same way. I'm afraid however it will remain rather silent but I hope its the start of a larger cooperation.

If enough Islamic persons with authority participate in it, it will mean a lot. I dare say it will decrease terrorism and antiwestern feelings drasticly though I cannot proove it.
