Topic: Testers Wanted

A test server is going up for anybody who'd like to help hunt bugs.  It will tick manually instead of hourly, meaning that we'll set up test scenarios and then run a bunch of ticks at once.

Our first task will be replicating and troubleshooting the recent explo bug.

I'll be launching the cloned server later today after work, and setting up a test galaxy.  More info on the way.

This has proven to be extremely useful.  We reproduced/solved the explo bug already and our now doing general testing/experimenting.
