Topic: Building Counts

On the bottom of the building page it says that your building count is equal to your max building space even when it isn't.

Also, the number that it is displaying for both is your current building count + the count of buildings in production.

also, welfare isn't counted in pop on the new interface planet page (but it is in the old one).
