The new Andromeda round is opening soon.  It will be the primary non-IA galaxy, but we still need to vote on other details, including the core systems vote below.

Please note: this isn't a question of *how many* core systems each family can have, but rather whether or not Andro uses core systems at all.

If we decide that we want core systems in Andro, we'll follow up with another vote for the type (invulnerable vs regular), number of starting core systems per family, and number of max core systems per family.
