Resource bonus planets in the old interface were sorted based on the highest-lowest bonusses.
Hope you could implement this feature in the new interface.

Maybe even add the option to filter out planets below a certain threshold %, so say if I wanted to only build on planets with a bonus higher than 40% (because reasons) I could exclude everything below 40% and with a simple click of the [select all] button I could simply select all of the remaining planets.
This would especially be useful for managing large quantities of planets (i.e. craploads of iron planets).

A similar filter for % overbuilt would also be nice, methinks.
