Try logging out/in, there's some session weirdness w galaxy state apparently.

Yeah! Success o mighty one! The citizen living in our empire are filled with amazement for space and other planets under 8 weeks. This allows us to explore with 40% lower cost during this time.

I get the feeling though the round started 1 tick late. My research funding hasn't dropped...

There are 2 issues atm: one with a recent delayed tick, which is why the (-1) thing is showing on the top nav.  There's a separate issue with the timers defining "start" as tick 0 instead of tick 1.

Both are being looked into, but no ETA on fixes yet.

Anyway, round was delayed 1 tick, which explains why I could not cast sa last tick.

Will be a late night for me.. 2am for first expos to arrive..

extra tick ran to fix the lag, should be on normal time now

Actually I forgot to join the galaxy, then went to join first tick only to see reports of the galaxy not starting...and got side tracked tongue
