Markdown Parser
We've added support for Markdown. To those unfamiliar:
Markdown’s syntax is comprised entirely of punctuation characters, which punctuation characters have been carefully chosen so as to look like what they mean. E.g., asterisks around a word actually look like *emphasis*. Markdown lists look like, well, lists. Even blockquotes look like quoted passages of text, assuming you’ve ever used email.

The intention here is to standardize our text formatting. Players as a whole can safely ignore this if they'd like, but it does offer us benefits in a few specific areas:
player contribution to our github reference docs (rules, guide, etc)
to do: leader message
to do: player to player messages
to do: player log
to do: new forums
to do: ticket system
This is already being used on the latest rules page, and will soon be reflected in our updated guide.
