Yea we've all heard attackers say this moral system is not working. Thats not what this is about

I've played both sides and its good it works for what its intented but at the same time it makes me not even want to attack, but attack is not only the problem it goes beyond that. When a pax can't kill your pop because it costs 25 moral, thats pointless, if a pax can only pff 2 planets at a time what fun is that for him?

My Idea - CAP moral at 10% I don't mind 10% hits, I think it should be 5% but hey. I remember when it was 1% and you could actually raid. but 10% I'll take. Attacking an attacker your size losing 25% moral... that makes me want to log in once a day. Remember when you had to station figs. now you can't even run figs sad
