I sent the donation and after almost 3 days still haven't received a message with a premium code any help please ?

Yes. Email a mod. They have access to the general ic email acct.

Pie is about as helpful as comcast tech support.   He will get back to you next Monday or other day of week tbd between the hours of 12am and 7pm
