Start SS
Allie up to 3-5 players making your own alliance and basicly " family"

Also add aid to allies during these rounds

Besides 30 min ticks being impossible, 3-5 SS fams being able to aid one another, is basically a 3-5 player family made up of SS players. So really what you want is SD too be back

Basically what Foohon said...sounds like you just want a 3-5 man family round where you choose your team & add functionality that we can't have.
