How is ia defined?

Would posting infils to the public forum be considered an illegal alliance for instance?

You can chat / socialize / make friends (and enemies smile )

Exchanging intel on other players is not allowed.

Yup.  Playing in the same galaxy with friends is fine as long as you follow the rules listed in the thread I posted above.  If you're going to be playing from the same computer it's safest to let us mod folk know.
