Will declaring war still give the benefits of less morale ?
How about the 25% networth advantage, does this still have a meaning?
Is there still a fam NW rule ?

Then my next question: if there's no less morale from attacks while declaring war, why is it even an option?
Also declaring back will have no meaning?
