*This prophetic  post was made approx ten years ago in the UniNews.  Since then Milky Way, Andromedia, Triangulum, Virgo, and Pinwheel are now 100% under Partaxian rule.*

"Greetings Brother Partaxains,

The boogie man, Freedie Kruger, three day old baloney, Michael Jackson… these are all things that give people nightmares but not one of them is half as terrifying as a well managed Partaxian empire! I stand… or rather float here before you to remind you greatest race out there is the brotherhood of Partaxians!

*Pauses as the Partaxians in the room applaud in agreement*

"Many moons ago when our race first came to be the forces which control the ebb and tide of the universe could sense our great wisdom and intellect and because of this they bestowed upon us the great gift of being able to tap into their power. This power, this magic chose us as a host because it recognized us as the greatest race that IS, WAS or ever will BE!

*A wave of cheers rises up from the crowd and after a few moments NaoLynx raises his hand to quiet the gathering*

But all in the universe is not as it should be my brothers. Our numbers are small, in any given galaxies we make up less then ten percent of the total races *looks distraught*. I attribute our low numbers to the fact that there are actually only two races. There are Partaxians and there are non-partaxians. The non-partaxians are very jealous of us. They are ugly, greedy, smelly creatures that either run around and kill each other like savages or they are sit around rape there population for every gc they can get there hands on.
These are the races I affectionately call 'lessers'. They cannot help it they missed out when the forces of the galaxy created races - it's not there fault they have the same magic using ability and intelligence as a chimpanzee on crack. But their envy of us have made them very bitter towards us. Many family's won't even draft a Partaxian because they would rather be surrounded with other lessers like themselves then to be reminded on a daily basis that they are a lower life form. Naturally these savages have it out for us no matter what family we are in .

Yes my brothers, we are out numbered and we are loathed by the lessers ….. but that is no reason for us not to rise up! That’s no reason for us not to rise TOGETHER! In matter of fact its an excellent reason why we should ban together and rule them all! *Crowd starts to cheer* And that is our purpose my People. The lessers of the IC universes are just as smelly and stupid as most dogs and all dogs need a master. So we need to unite and fulfill the role and responsibility that was given to us with our great power.

But we cannot be foolish in our important task. As I mentioned our numbers are small so in order to make up for that we lack in numbers we will have to make up by expanding our empires to control as much commerce as possible. We also cannot let the lessers know what we are up as they are not smart enough to know having us rule them is in there best interests so we must make this Partaxian Expansionist Movement (P.E.M) look harmless so I have already been buying commercial time to put lessers at ease after we take there planets.

*Grabs a remote and presses a button. A screen drops from the ceiling and the following public service announcement plays *

Well brethren, that’s all I have to say for know. Remember while your out there participating in P.E.M try not to attack your brother Partaxians even if they are in a different family. Remember we are in this together  .

*NaoLynx bows and hovers out of the room*
