shouldn't be allowed, think about it.

Vision ok, infil ok, all non-offensive ops/spells kan be allowed, but destroy saves?? killing szientists?? etz...

Also, and this is a big bug, Vision spell is taken by the program as an offensive spell, and will put you in range like if you're doing an attak.
