Suppose we all share equally This means 670*18/100=120 planets a person. At the moment 18 players out of 68 are inactive (stuck at 1 planet, not growing or logging in). So instead of 100 players there are in fact 50, which can now go up to 240 planets a person.

Seems to me there is little need for attacks until EOR... It will take quite a while before all is explored.
