Topic: link to IC subreddit

Players may find themselves inclined to discuss IC outside of this site itself if they knew a subreddit existed.  This could pay back in the form of other reddit users finding IC through those same subreddit posts.  Could be some easy exposure.

Worth linking to on the home page, or at least the forum nav?
