Topic: Europe backs off the green energy rush

There was mandates requiring a following of a path to 27% renewable energy.

The EU has now replaced this with 'voluntary efforts'. This one change means the goals, in the name of the EU economy, will not be happening by 2020.

Frankly I think this was a lot to late.

Everything bad in the economy is now Obama's fault. Every job lost, all the debt, all the lost retirement funds. All Obama. Are you happy now? We all get to blame Obama!

You see it totally one sided:P
In germany, in 2012, 25% of needed energy was produced by green energy sources.. so now our goal for 2020 is 35%.

Everything you wanted in talking points on all U.S. related energy.  Most of it is Government Speak, which will show, tab by tab (tedious) of where our own government wants a foot hold of 20% by 2020.
