Interesting that you picked up on this Flint, heres some point of views from a norwegian:
To get majority all of the 4 most rightwin parties have to cooperate, however the government will be formed by the Conservatives and the Progress-party. Making this the most right-wing coalition in Norways history. The Progressparty founded in the 70s has never before been in power.
They are likely to emphasis light tax-reductions, reduction og beurocracy, investments into infrastructure, privatization og various currently federal tasks (senior homes, hospitals, schools), and tougher line on social welfare and a tougher line on imigration.
Likely the change in direction can be attributed to 8 consecutive years of leftwing-rule that has left alot of people disappointed.
Personally im happy with the result as i would have to be considered a centrist-rightwing in Norway, and think it will be interesting to see what kind of solutions and progress they can make. Its an interesting time for Norway for sure.
And for all thoose wondering, even norwegian Progress-party wich is the most rightwing in norway would have to be considered to the left of the american Democrats on most important issues.
