Topic: Diplomatic planet agreements

When you sign a Diplomatic planet agreement with another family, do the NW differences between the 2 players involved still apply?

I'm too lazy to search atm but i'm pretty sure it isnt in the faq or guide.

sometimes it does, other times it doesnt, DONT ask me why

it happened this round when we traded planets after signing a nap, I was apparently out of Kuwait's range and he kould trigger and take the planet, and it wasnt destroyed despite I was lower than 25% of his nw.   However the nezt planet we traded in the same situation got destroyed, and others he was not even allowed to send a fleet.

What should i enter into a fourth field?
First three are planets coords, fourth looks like Nam No or something, but families you can pick from dropdown list...

This round SN i was unable to claim core breaches in a nap cause of NW. I thoight that once both fams sign a DPA nw wont be limited but no cigar.

Render i imagine that some fleets were sent while you were stilm in range of kuwait, then outgrew him, hence the later fleets blew up the planets

The 4th field is a comment field i guess Varlokas, visible to both fams
