Topic: Connectivity issue

I can't connect to IC from my network, only through mobile net. After some testing it seems that players who use "Canal Digital" as their ISP can't connect. Tried calling them, but nothing.

Is this issue on IC side or the ISPs side?

The same is happening for Wendy and others.

I tried providing the http://82.96.43.16/ method but it says not allowed for them.

I also had issues with one name to ip converter site so this is not limited to just one ISP

Indeed.  Seems to have been an ISP issue from the sounds of things, but we'll poke around some more to be sure.
