Topic: Not filling Tri properly?

I'm in a fam with 4 people and there is a fam with 8 people.  Most have 6-7.  I thought the script filtered randoms into the smallest fams first?

I think the script randoms to empty slots.
so theoretically the smaller fams have a higher chance of getting someone because they have more empty slots.
though with 6+ slots open in all families,
the actual randoming isn't going to be perfect.
