The idea was to prevent attackers abusing it but imo it should be changed to either be any race with 50% or higher Income bonus OR be Revalons/Pax/Quantums.

A better alternative was brought up prior to the current bad system's installment but mods of course like to try to go with their own ideas when they can instead of vastly more intelligent ideas.
