Topic: Add a mass accept or deny function to DPA's.

It can be annoying having a ton of requests from a fam with dpa's and having to go through each one.  A simple way to toggle and mass accept or decline would be a nice addition.

I had a guy who signed like 50 of them with me earlier in the round to be annoying and got bored of cancelling them one by one so now I just ignore the white dps box on hq page and people forget to message me when they send them so i don't know they happen =o

Ideally, we'd also add this as a button for the planet list page so you could do many planets at once.
