Is it possible to make the networth updates current for each tick?

As we all know Con bonus gets abused by using the bonus while you have planets, but before the networth for the planets kicks in. Removing this would change things quite a bit. It shouldn't kill the science strat, but make it a harder thing to do.

i think activity is abused

should make it so that person is only allowed to build once a day
