so you've got the nw rule to help protect smaller fams. but if a fam doesnt have a good start and they want to try climb the leaderboard, all the bigger fams see this an attack immediatly. so if a small fam does a jump or mass expo, they are targetted straight away.

is it possible to keep the nw rule for 48hrs to give these smaller fams a chance to defend their new earnings?

i realise that fams could use this to portal up in peoples cores without getting hurt.
so this isnt a totally get this added kinda post. its more of a lol can someone help think of a solution tongue

Could work!

Fams would still use sentinel to remove core intruders smile

Problem being the farm that would be to come when protection drops.
Will think more about this when Im not stuck at work smile

ive explored and been attacked 2 ticks later by fams that are literaly only in nw range because of those planets.

i wont complain about it not being fair, but if im in a smaller fam i want to have a fighting chance smile

Although I feel for you tongue ...i think this will complicate things a bit tongue

Perhaps just recall the time the % was 35% and consider the 5% a bonus warning tongue

yup your quite right. all i want is a way to close the gaps in the rankings smile. make it more competative. dont get me wrong tho, i have no issue being in a smaller fam, infact a lot of the time its more fun being wee. but would be good to be able to take a mad dash up the leaderboard without getting pwnd straight away lol tongue

So effectively what you are asking for, is that the 35% rule (or whatever the % is now) is calculated on nw's from 48 hours earlier? Could be interesting.
