The ObamaPhone, so named due to the massive increase in promotion, availability, and the efforts of a fundraiser for Obama, was origionally set up where a person would self vouch financial hardship.

After the election the FCC required telephone companies to verify hardship on existing phones. The phone companies sent out a form for people to fill out.

The results would not surprise anyone on the right. A 40% fraud rate was uncovered. 40% were ineligible and should not have had the phone.

Ofc this is just a bribe he used to get votes, now he wants the money instead.
