If your in a small fam only the fleet admin should be allowed to attack or hard op fams That are uber big..

This prevents farming.. Now days big fams explore into smaller fams core so newb little players attack them.. Than they raip the smaller fam and 'farm' than the small fam whines..

So if the rule Goes both ways the big farming issue..

Its a simple jet effectieve way to make the game fun for smaller fams.

Everyone should keep in mind That small fams are small for a reason, of wich the main one is newb attackers raiding(fail) big fams.. Or mucho's inactive players at sor..
