Because the general idea in IC, after the high times of the fambank days is that fambank is the way to go, so a player in your fam playing SS, diminishes that fam changes to win the round, since overall the 100% fambank fams are the real contenders.

imo as long as SSers in my fams, help to defend the fam as needed, basically stick what it says on top of fams page, I like em as much as any other player in my fam, maybe thats part of my recent PW successes wink

The Family consists of those empires which started out in the same solar system - despite their differences they share a common cultural background and understanding. Working with your family members in friendship gives you a better chance of surviving in a hostile universe.

Working together gives you a better chance of surviving so it seems... People who wanna work on their own drop that chance of surviving thus making everybody else more vulnarable. That means they are considered a lot of things I cant name here cause I'll get a forum block

But a SS player does usually work with the family in all aspects of the game with exception to the family bank.  Why is someone who doesn't use the family bank looked down upon where as a player who does use the family bank but doesn't do {insert a family function here} gets a pass?

I was merely playing Devils Advocate here cause even last round we had 2 SS people and I could work just fine with them

Dont shoot the messenger but this is the general idea. SS players make you weak most people think. I disagree on that besides Bara. He makes every fam hes in a target...

I think the stigma with SS players is you get those that play SS and then don't communicate with the family at all.  Attack people they shouldn't and basically  become detrimental to the family.  A good SS player is no problem but its the old saying of one bad egg can ruin it for everyone.
