Fleet Calculations Important note. I have confirmed Stefan listened to my advice years ago and made a NW randomizer on empires. It appears it can be as high as 5% as suggested and it is slow to adjust, as suggested. I am trying to get it removed however since it sucks to have in place and my excuse is it will allow target hitting that should not occur.This has got Pie's attention and willresultin a fix.

Agent/Wiz Calculations Some would have you think you cannot get a rough estimate of an enemies wizzies and agents. This is not true. Now my work from long ago is lost but the method still exists.

Have three players in your family make the same number of wizzies or agents. Their NW to you should be near Half, Equal, and 150% of your NW. Make triple their agents/wizzies. Start at 100% of their units and get a Spy on Target, Plist, Vision or other 'easy passive op'. Work your way up in unit numbers til you succeed 100% of the time. Record the ratio difference.

Next you use this information to derive an estorm or place (but not detonate!) Nuke success rate on the same fam members. Now you know how to find an enemy bankers wizzy/agent count and what you will need to get past his defenses.

Fleet decay is 1% a tick and is an excellent way to get numbers on an attacker.

A starving banker gives hisnumbers away as well. Do an income check while he starves and whenhe isnot. Easy math and then you know.



* since I wrote this I found out soft ops require 40% of the enemies wizzies or agents to succeed.
