we got 350 planets now and not 1 morale planets. Bit wierd no?

It's suposed to be  a morale each 75 plt average...
Once my fam found a morale after 600 expoed plts...the same round i found 3 morales expoing a single full system later...
it's probabilities it could happen that no planet in the gal is a morale and also that all plts are.
