allow toggle attack buttons like in planet page for toggle buildings

make the already linkable coords show up in fleet page as toggleable (toggleable?) action

use for passing planets between family with options to send trans/soldiers etc.  at least for 2 soldiers/1 trans

bankers/ress too lazy to send to all coords individually even with the coords link when they have to take multiple planets

already sucks to send to all of them.  would be at least better if you could attack all at once.

Planet passing shouldnt be an integral part of game mechanics in the first place. We should be working towards removing it not facilitiating it and making it simpler.

I would rather the a random button.  Does random things. Ops , attacks , nukes , surrender , raid a system of planets at once or e.c.t
