I have thought of a way to allow honor to work forcefully on people. At this day and age countries like US and China do not war because or nuclear and missile arsenals that could destroy each other... Lets make IC realistic and like people suggested a police family, i thought of another idea. Perhaps mods can have the ability to launch a nuclear bomb on a unhonourable family which destroys a certain percentage of their infrastructure. Eg 20% of whole families infra if they broke a NAP.  This can work by someone complaining in forums and then allowing players to vote or tally etc. In order to make it subjective, mods can investigate and be the judge and then they can nuke the family which say broke a NAP.

This will prevent fams from doing dodgy things....
