Re: Wrath of the Galactic Overseers!
The Galactic Overseers are finished being kind to those scrupulous players that decide fair play and rule following is not for them! From now on, honorable Leaders of a family that have a player who is blocked, may attack them and gain all of their planets after a 48 hour grace period.
To summarize:
-A player who is permanently blocked, has 48 hours from the time the block is approved, to dispute their block.
-If such players appeal is denied, then after that 48 hours is up, the Leader of the family the player account is in, is now able to attack and take the blocked players planets. All networth rules apply for infra. As per a feature implemented previously, intra-family attacks no longer blow up the planet.
-If the family leader is the one that is permanently blocked for cheating, then it is the family's responsibility to elect a new leader before this process can take effect. ONLY THE LEADER can attack a permanently blocked player.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....
