I guess there has been an issue before with changing race last minute to have gained benefit of additional pop growth bonus.  How long does this work before the new race pop growth bonus is changed?

Example.  Keeping Wardancers for their + pop growth and prior to tick before round starts change to -30% and still keeping same pop growth as Wardancer.
