First I had trouble last night

I demolished every thing on a load of planets leaving only 6 lasers on each
but in planet view they were still showing as OB I tryed logging out but no change

I wake up and log in to find half my fleet missing yet no attacks on my portals

I have greyed out portal construction in planet view where mu portals are under construction but NOTHING is showing in council as under construction ??

WTF is going on ??
