Brett Kimberlin is a domestic terrorist. He was convicted of a bombing spree that took a little girls hand off and the hands of a man (who later committed suicide).

This man (trying to keep it polite)... ok Monster (I tried)... uses the court system to try to silence talk about him.

He was convicted of terrorism and given 51 years in jail. He only served about 10.

He asks the courts for 'peace orders' on bloggers and reporters, using these orders to stop them from talking about him (peace order me you jerk!) and uses the threat of lawsuits and violations of court orders to silence them.

This thing called Brett Kimberlin even makes callous remarks about his targets families, reminiscent of mafia style talking "Nice family you got there, take good care of them, make sure nothing ever hurts them" (example). He has cost one blogger and his wife their jobs for fear he was going after their workplace.

He has driven another into safe hiding with his wife and kids.

Remarkably there has been instances of false calls to police with a spoofed phone number where a voice (which has been compared to a very close associate of his) says "I shot my wife and kids" and the police come screaming to the house and act all freaky on what they think is a deranged murderer when in fact it was faked from another location.

Today, and possibly every Friday until he is unfunded, bloggers will post about him.
