Funny the last time I posted this some silly loon said "Greece will form a Government and France's leader is not so silly"

And yet Ireland may need bailouts, Italy is having severe problems, Greece has not formed a Government after all, Portugal is still swinging badly, the rich are running from France, and Germany is saying "access denied" on their ATM screen.

But it is more funny than just that. The guy a lot of Greeks voted for wants to stay in the Euro, renounce all debts of Greece, and get more 'stimulus' money from those same nations he renounced the debt to.

The new French president is still on record asking for a 75% tax on the rich as soon as he is in office.

Meanwhile the Earthquake that hit Italy is not helping things.


Maybe the Aztecs were partially right and indicated that Europe would feel a new dark age?

Atm it is a stalemate in Europe. France and Greece have elections in June. Until than nothing serious will be happen. If the French and/or Greek vote for the wrong parties, things will be difficult. France tends to conservative parties, but a socialist president and a conservative parliament won't work. Spain may crawl under the protection of the EFSF/ESM soon. Italy may survive on its own.

I know for a fact we make better coffee than you guys do! Although Old Town Las Vegas is probably not the best place do coffee research.

Anyway, everyone's been bitching about bailout this, crisis there and yet here I am doing and buying the same things I did before the crisis.

I don't know if we should accept their request for us to teach them even if THEY did pay US, for teaching them would be pointless, as they wouldn't even sit still enough to listen to us, the lot of them clearly suffering from attention deficit disorder.

And it is totally not worth any free trade deal with them, either.  Their own countries are opting out of their bogus trade deals, lol (Croatia).

If their heads are that stuck in the 18th century mentality, being so uppity and pompous that they'd actually expect US to pay THEM for them to sit still and listen to our advice, then it's clear they'd NEVER listen to anything us lowly colonists would tell them, anyway.

So the EU can go @#% itself.

The only way we'd ever teach them anything of value anyway, was if THEY paid US for our advice.
