He stonewalls investigators left and right with 'packet' sized releases of documents (which are not sequential, having clearly been screened to prevent incriminalizing information from coming forth)

Eric has been running a gun smuggling operation. Actually he ran at least two that worked and a number that failed.

He has helped arm thousands of drug lord warriors and they are happy for it. They made a stack of human heads in his honor.

Background

Holder authorized and ran at a very high level Fast and Furious and another operation. Fast and Furious forced gun stores to sell guns to straw purchasers even over their objections. Supposedly the guns would be tracked, but the average tracker used lasted a few days.

The guns made it to Mexico in almost every case. Where hundreds have been found tied to mass murder, and a number have been used against American Citizens.

Eric realizes his job is on the line.

The pertaining question is why did it continue when they found they could not track the guns. Should have been obvious the first load of guns. Because Holder kept it running is the testimoney.

He is stonewalling.
